CAMPING, ACCOMmODATION

AND TRANSPORT

In 2025 we’ll be on a farm not far from Bridgetown in WA (about 10 minutes from the town). Camping and glamping is available on site for both evenings, or plan on staying near Bridgetown on the Friday and Saturday and allow time to get to the farm, park and walk, like any festival. If you have additional accessible needs, so be sure to factor that in and let us know when you book.

There’s plenty of accommodation in and around Bridgetown, Western Australia for GROUNDED 2025. We will put together a list in the coming months, but for reference we’ll start about midday on the 19th of September, and finish into the evening of the 20th September. With food, drink and music available both evenings, you’ll get the most out of the event if you stay nearby for both the Friday and Saturday nights.

We are pleased to offer camping on site at GROUNDED 2025. Bring your own tent or camper van, or better still, stay in one of our luxury bell tents! That’s right, we have partnered with one of WA’s premier glamping providers, to bring you a unique experience. Each canvas bell tent includes beds, mattresses, linen and quilts, as well as lighting and furnishings, and can fit up to 5 people.

Site bookings will be available once tickets for the event open. If you have a large or long vehicle, check with us at hello@groundedaustralia.com.au to be sure we can accommodate you.

We are still finalising the car parking logistics and camping, and if you’re visiting from far away plan on staying near Bridgetown if you can, as this will make for a shorter trip because you’ll need to get to us, park, walk, check in, and then join the event, which can take more time than you might think. The farm is about 10 minutes away from Bridgetown. Be prepared for a short walk to the site itself once you park. The only parking we can guarantee close to the site is for those who have mobility issues, and if that is you, you’ll need to arrange a parking spot with us prior.

We envisage the first day starting around midday on the 19th September, and finishing about 9pm with social activities and music. The second day will start at about 8am and should be all wrapped up by 9pm, again with social activities and music. There’s talk of a couple of farm visits on Sunday the 21st and we’ll know more closer to the event.
