Ticket Terms & Conditions

Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of GROUNDED, be on-sold at a premium (including via online auction sites), nor may they be used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. GROUNDED reserves the right to cancel any ticket sold or offered for resale in breach of this condition, without notice and without a refund, and the ticket holder may be refused entry into the event.

Once purchased tickets are refundable up until 30 days prior to the event (less any card or booking fees. Within 30 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances such as the cancellation of an event.

In the case of lost or stolen tickets, we may be unable to replace them, so make a copy when you receive them.

While we will do our best to foresee any challenges, as you can imagine life often intervenes and we can’t guarantee any speaker or act will necessarily appear due to circumstances beyond our control. For that reason, GROUNDED reserves the right to vary its advertised program and to add, withdraw or substitute presenters as necessary.

GROUNDED reserves the right to refuse admission and in such an event, the patron will abide by any and all refund or cancellation policies as applicable.

On occasion parts of GROUNDED will be filmed and photographed for promotional and press purposes. Admission to the festival implies you are okay to be photographed in group settings.

Patrons will adhere to any and all house rules, including the safe consumption of alcohol.

Ticket holders take provided transport and enter the venue at their own risk.
